International Warranty

This watch has been meticulously crafted by our watchmakers and subjected to rigorous quality controls.

The manufacturer's warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, and during this period, any defective watch will be repaired free of charge.

Certain types of damage are excluded from the warranty, such as battery life; leather straps; normal wear and tear, as well as aging of materials (scratches on case/glass; discoloration of case, coated parts, etc.); detached hands, indices, as well as broken ceramic straps or cases; damage due to improper handling; faulty use of the watch as well as disregard of the operating instructions. Each of our watches is tested for water resistance before shipping. We can only guarantee at this testing time that the watch is waterproof. Therefore, water resistance is excluded from the 2-year warranty.

Our watchmakers can only determine the exact extent of work and defect upon receipt of your watch. Under certain circumstances, costs may apply if the repair is not covered by the warranty. To make use of the warranty, please confirm that none of the following types of damage are present. If repair is not possible, the watch will be replaced with an equivalent model. A purchase receipt with date is mandatory for warranty repair requests.

If you require replacement parts or maintenance services for your watch that are not covered by the warranty terms, you will receive a written estimate of costs that you must approve and pay before the service is carried out. The warranty is valid both at the reseller and at authorized repair centers.
